Integrated Tracking & API Solutions
The ability to provide an API link to generate a label and provide integration with a QSAU track and trace portal integrated with eCommerce Platform customers. QSAU is linked to the LMD carriers and mapped back to all the required Customs Clearance milestones and LMD track and trace milestones with carriers and service providers.
The QSAU Track & Trace system integrates tracking information from three primary data sources: TMS's, small delivery carriers, and Customs Brokers via API & SFTP integrations.
User Roles
This system accommodates three distinct user roles:
- Admin Users: Possess full access, enabling them to oversee tracking and tracing processes, manage users and reports, and update clearance statuses through CSV file uploads.
- QSAU Customers: Have the capability to manage their orders and to view and download reports in CSV format.
- End Customers: Who are the direct clients of QSAU, are granted access to view the tracking of their orders, thereby ensuring efficient delivery tracking.
